Determining your pull is determined by a number of things. Funders, founders, product, growth, mission, role impact, market segment, for the good of the world, and sometimes compensation and benefits determine the mass. Together we sit down and create your planet.

Role Clarification

We start by identifying the problem the role will solve. It’s usually that something is broken or that something isn’t moving fast enough. Then we determine what qualifications will solve that problem to create an accurate candidate profile.  This is followed by, what impact this role will have on the growth of the company.  Or, “The Why” someone should want this job.

Sourcing

We begin with our In-House Sourcing Team which utilizes state of the art search technologies, Boolean Logic, and Social Media.  Followed up with our own trusted list of Referral Partners, many of whom are past clients and candidates cultivated over the last decade.  Who better to rely on for great people?

Always Be Closing

We do that on the first call from our place. Getting buy-in doesn’t just happen at the Offer Stage. It should occur during the first interview at your place. If a candidate doesn’t want to come back for a second interview it doesn’t matter how great they were. We close together through out the process. We can teach your team how. Our deal completion after the Offer Stage is over ninety five percent. We count a search complete when a candidate has been on board for thirty days.
