It’s our experience that for the most part, great candidates are excelling at your role in another company.  Most often it’s at a competitor.  It’s no coincidence that both the candidate the company are doing well.  We want those candidates for our clients.  Together we get them.

We measure our success by how well our candidates have performed after one year.  We measure our candidate’s success by how well the company has performed because of them.
